Salon has an article for you ladies on how to find someone warm to bring home to the folks this Holiday Season. Gossip columnist Cindy Adams gets some helpful hints from a matchmaker. Via NY Post.
Advice includes the obvious. Of course, by quoting the following lines, I am going to be on the shit list of all of my female friends and girlfriends, but I’ll do it anyway (and I will say “duh” first):
The first of Ronis’ bright ideas, according to Adams, is “look pretty. Package the femininity. Hair done, makeup done, lose the weight, manicure a must. Never walk the dog without lip gloss.”
Yes, men do notice when your hands look like shit. The only words we have, though, is, “she really didn’t work very hard for the date so I am not going to follow up.”
