I am generally on the side of the Nigerian scammers. To quote Samuel, a 19-year-old Nigerian phisherman, “white men are stupid and greedy.” Caveat Emptor! Via Sploid and the LA Times & Slashdot.
I am obsessed with Nigerian scams. Ten years ago, my dad received the same scam by post. Now, the scam thrives via email. The Nigerian scam is social Darwinism.
Unfortunately, the hapless victims of this scam are retirees. Desperate people willing to do anything.
American are stupid and greedy; we are also desperate and in general only one paycheck away from homelessness.
