Collars-Up Must be Collars-Down at Cafe Saint-Ex

According to the DCist, I will feel safe at Cafe Saint-Ex with my collar down.

Although I wear Lacoste shirts, I have not the Pedigree to pop my collar like they do at Town Hall and Smith Point.
