An Argument that Proves the Counter-Argument

A WSJ article suggests that although more, better, cheaper information mostly benefits mankind, software that helps patent litigants find “which courts have the most favorable historical record for their side” doesn’t, “it simply helps someone get a bigger slice of the pie.”


What an absurd argument! Who gets to decide? As an innovator, I consider this software solution to ultimately benefit all mankind. Am I the only one on the blogosphere who believes that the invisible hand (sometimes the invisible finger) and capitalism work?
