I just finished reading the thoughtful piece on employee blogging by Pete Snyder and believe he has it right as rain.
The article, Embrace and Empower Employees, encourages empowering, guiding and mentoring your bloggers rather than discouraging, limiting, foiling, and firing them, which always results in blowback exponentially greater than just letting them blog and leaving them alone.
