To cut off all the DC Girls who say they don’t date more than one DC Guy at a time but do say they hang out with people, “various at a time,” we have to define hanging out, “To have casual sex, usually implying with someone on the regular.”
Then again, how cynical am I?
There is another definition to hanging out: not hooking up.
