Oh Da Cute Wittle Baby Panda Bear

We in Washington have always been proud of our Pandas even though that have always been either frigid, fickle, or too picky (much like all the DC woman). We are ecstatic over the birth of a baby Panda which is incidentally “the size of a stick of butter.” Oh, da cute! Via Wonkette.
