We in Washington have always known that there is an Inside-the-Beltway uniform for dressing in order to fit in. At the Hill Mole, this is referred to as Cap Hill Camo:

Then you will probably never fit in. And fitting in has nothing to do with who you are but rather it has everything to do with whether someone can trust you, in shorthand.
