I grew up in Hawaii. In Hawaii, you can live homeless pretty easily, especially since there are public showers. I know I did! Same thing in Los Angeles.
The reason why LA is Homeless Capital of the US is because the homeless in the midwest and east freeze to death every winter.

Have you tried living outside in 50 degree weather? Didn’t think so.
The only answer I have would be, of course not. But my ancestors 1,000 years ago certainly did and thought it sucked, too.
