I was envious that NY has its “It Boy,” Fabian Basabe. Girl in DC wants to know who the DC “It Boy” is and I think its Jamie Hess.

Well, if its not Jamie – then DC doesn’t have an “it” boy!
Maybe we need to put together a gathering of all men who think they fit the category, including Jaime Hess, and take a vote.
