First of all I’d like to say this and I know it will come off sounding like a biatch but fuck it anyway. I don’t think the biatch is anorexic I think she’s eating less for her size, she must have cut her calories in half and she’s exercising alot. I’ve done it before it’s quite simple. Your eating only half of your daily requirement, and most anorexic individuals don’t even do that. Even if you take in 1100-1200 your probably going to achieve this look. She must also be taking some diet pills, Trimspa maybe? I believe she’s eating extremely high protein cause I did that before and I dropped 15lbs in 4 weeks. It was simple! And then you exercise your little ass off and voila your 20-30 lbs lighter, and yes this does explain the loss of muscle definition due to cardio overload. Try it for two months and you’ll look like her too!

At this weight, Nicole’s heart would be under a LOT of pressure, as would all of her other organs such as kidney and liver. Her hair is probably falling out or thinning, and her skin would be dry and flaky. She is doing permanent DAMAGE to her body. Her and Lindsay Lohan have NO idea that they are destroying themselves – whether or not they have ‘eating disorders’ is irrelevant. If they were stripped of their makeup/stylists/hairdressers it would look like a very different story – they may look ‘glamourous’ but this is just a mask for the damage they are doing. When will vain stars learn that being super skinny is not beautiful its self destructive. Maybe it will take someone to die before they realise – anorexia KILLS. when overweight your heart is under pressure because it is difficult for the heart to pump at the normal rate and for all of the larger body to still recieve oxygenated blood. but when underweight (as some say nicole is), it is easier for the heart to pump the adequate amount of blood around the smaller body…

I have delt with an eating disorder for 5 years now and to me, its a lifestyle and would feel completly lost without it. hmmmm… this is an interesting one. I’ve had anorexia for two years now and it is both a wonderful blessing and a pain in the ass. I hate it more than anything and cry for it to go away and cherish it at the same time. To put it simply, it’s a disease. I’m not going to preach about eating and what’s good and bad because, hell… I’ve been trying to figure that out for a long time. However, I think that we all know deep down what is right and what is wrong. Anorexia, bulimia, over-eater, cutter, alcholic… whatever! – are all just lables. They get in the way of actually living. It’s never too late to change… for the better and/or for the worse. It’s all up to you.

Im 5ft 7 and i am 109 lbs, and so i do look pretty skinny, and not from being rexy or any other eating/ exercise issue.I know everyone is different but when you go from being quite curvy (she was still smallish, she’s short so she has a small bulid)to so freakin skinny so fast,it does seem like something may be a little bit weird. the other thing is, she always says how skinny she was before rehab, but she was a HEROIN ADDICT before she went into rehab.that makes her claims that she was this way before pretty flimsy in my opinion

Having only emerged into the recovery stage of anorexia nervosa myself, I’m taking a well-educated assumption that anorexia is alive and well with Nicole. I’m assuming that pressure took its tole and here is the result before us. As for those of you who wish to become anorexic- may God have mercy on you. You have no idea what its like to be lying in the stretcher of an ambulance while having liquid food pumped through your veins. To everybody who likes Nicoles new body:
She looks great: Her face is pretty her smile cute, her clothe… But what about the boobs, that are not there, and the bones that are sticking out ? One thing is sure: Her body is not sexy…its a cute girlie body so everybody who wants this body with the age of 20 or older has to do a straight diet ( 1ooo calories a day, just one sweet thing counted with the 1000 calories so not extra, gymnastic everyday, just water or tea, eating just till six a clock)
Everybody who likes Nicoles old body better: I think so too she was really sexy something special with her own Character and looked like a strong amazing woman and not like a girl with a woman face. She enjoyed life ( Ok sometime a little bit too much) and ate what she liked too: U JUST LIVE ONCE A LIFETIME SOO ENJOY IT (doesent mean eat as much as u can :)

i am 18 and have bben in eating disorder units this year. first time i wen in at 98 pounds and thesecond time 87. Didn’t work. The only thing that made me want to start recovery was when i was found half-dead in the street at 60 pounds. Guys (and nicole- if you read this), in the ambulance, they told my mom to go out cuz they said they were losing me. I remember seeing my mom’s horrified face and then a white light- yea the white light. I thank god that i am here today and readyto pursue a career and life. i’ mtellin ya it is not worth it. i thought that anorexia was a friend until it almost killed me. Seeing young girls and teens doing this to themselves makes me feel so awful and powerless. please- if you or anyone you know is suffering from anorexia- get help. Ignore nicole ritchie who is on her way to total destruction and focus on linsay lohan who admitted her ed problem and is looking healthy and gorgeous now. (shiver) i just keep remembering that white light…. i don’t want anyone to have to experience that or worse, not live to tell of seeing it

BECAUSE SHE DOESN’T! So why do girls feel the need to look so disgusting? A straight female should look good for herself AND a potential mate. To be honest I think Nicole looks how she should look for her height. And as for not eating, I have many friends who eat and can still maintain their weight at about 100 lbs. Basically when you get to that weight and you exercize regularly your metabalism kicks into high gear and it is much easier to stay “thin”. When I was training I dropped about 4 sizes and still ate a ton of food I could just burn it off. She has some muscle definition, and all that cardio and pilates will keep her looking lean. Of course being a pop culture princess with a rich daddy will obviously help with the trainers bill. I hate that people think if your looking slim it means there is something wrong with you. When I dropped 20 lbs everyone thought I was off to the bathroom to puke and do some lines. Really all I did was stop eating crap (ie: sweets and starch) and eat freah foods and lots of water and tea. Beleive me there is a healthy way to stay in shape and you don’t need to use drugs. She is actually still not that skinny anyways, most of my friends are smaller than her.

I am really thin but I eat more than half of my classmates and i don’t suffer from any eating disorders, and the thing is, being skinny is just how my body is. I think nicole richie looks much classier everr since she lost weight. I think that being skinny suits her much better, however its true taht recent photos have shown her to be a bit too skinny. Still, I think she’s sweet like that.

Clearly nicole has anorxia she looks exactly like i did when i had to be put i the hospital. Anorexia is not a joke or something to be ashamed about so screw all you arrogant morons it is a DISEASE….. you do NOT want to deal with this, you stop your periods, lose your hair and boobs, develop heart problems….not to mention you could DIE.

When I was anorexic people also said to me they wished they could be anorexic. That I looked great. And I said I felt great and I denied I had a problem. But I didn’t feel great at all. I was lying, as all anorexics do. If you love the way nicole looks, you might love the way a corpse looks — go check out a morgue. If you think that’s beautiful, you are as sick as an anorexic yourself. This is a body image issue — if you are unhappy with your body, if you want to look that skinny, if you like it when women look that skinny, go get some professional help because you have a serious problem. I wish I was anorexic. I’m too big. My parents are fat fucks, & it doesn’t matter that I walk 9 and a half miles a day 3 days per week, I’m still 5’2 and 140. It sucks. I have MUCHO responsibilities in my life, & when I’ve starved myself I find that I just don’t have the energy to get everything done that I must get done each day…appointments, deadlines, errands. O well, I guess I’ll just look like shit. I wish I had Nichole’s body.
me and my friends feel passionatly about teenage role models. tey can have a big impact on some young girls lives, for these girls popularity and boys are everything. so therefore we feel that not only is nicole not helping herself but not helping the lives of young teenage girls.

what the hell is wrong with nicole richie? i weigh the same as her and i DO NOT have a fucking eating disorder. I have people coming up to be on the street telling me i should be ashamed and i have dont nothing wrong. i have been extremely skinny since i was a child and i think its disgraceful the way people ASUME its an eating disorder. you wouldnt go up to a fat person and get them down because there overweight, why shouldnt it be the same the other way round?
