I had a bloody difficult time figuring out how to install AWStats onto our new IIS 6 server. I am a Linux guy and it took Simon Schofield‘s brilliant PDF article, Installing AWStats on IIS 6.0 – Revision 2.1, to sort me out. It runs brilliantly.

AWStats is nice, but have you tried NetTracker Lite?
