hhgg thumb Garth Jennings Guide to the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy“Both the books and your movie are very British. The movie seems a bit like Terry Gilliam’s Brazil.” If this movie comes close to either the books or the movie Brazil, we have a winner here, folks.

The quote was from the interview but was not from Garth but was an interview question from the Coming Soon interview with Garth Jennings, who directed the Hitchhiker’s Guide the the Galaxy movie.

If you haven’t read the book, I recommend the Ultimate Hitchhiker’s Guide because it has everything.

I also recommend the BBC television series from 1982.

One of the most fantastic ways to experience H2G2 is aurally as Douglas Adams write HHGG originally for the BBC radio. The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy audiobook is one of the best ways, for sure.
