Washington, DC, is a brilliant place to enjoy the Spring.
Not as good as Chapel Hill, but only I am unanimous on Carrboro.
So, based on a group consensus and comments made over the last week or so, it is official.
Justin, Ben, Oliver, Andrew, David and I all agree.
Rosslyn, on the other hand, isn’t so good.
