The Writer’s Center’s Fancy New Web Site

The Writer’s Center just launched its new web site.

Gregory Robison, Executive Director of The Writer’s Center, wants you to know:

If you are enrolled in any spring or summer workshops, the dates of future sessions will show here, under My Schedule. By selecting any of the displayed workshop session dates, you enter a private workshop area, which you share with other participants in your workshop. Here you can consult your instructor’s notes, view manuscripts offered for review (once the workshop begins), and make comments on texts and topics under discussion.

At the bottom of your personal Community Page, My Profile and My Account will allow you to describe yourself and update your contact information, including changing your password, if you like.
On this new, secure Web site, you will be able to register and pay for workshops, buy books, renew your membership, reserve places for literary and other events, communicate with other members, participate in discussion forums, and more. You will also be able to contact us from most pages - and we look forward to hearing from you!

There is even more reason to join The Writer’s Workshop than there was before. Oh what joy. Now, it is time for me not to just be a member but actually take a workshop. Maybe Novel: Pulling It All Together or Feature Writing for starters.
