DC Environmental Film Festival March 10-20

Michelle and I first attended the DC Environmental Film Festival years ago. I have tried to attend ever since.

The films run the gamut, from eco-hysteria to more sober looks at our world, some of which are stirring, beautiful, terrifying, and informational.

I am most interested in the films that explore design and architectural solutions to environmental concerns such as recycled materials, new techniques for harnessing the sun and wind, and new ways of allowing the earth and us to better slow dance together. In the past, there have been films about better more efficient ways of heating, cooling, and lighting.
