I just realized that not all of them are currently active. I will revise the list when I debug the current errors.

Please add http://thingamablog.sourceforge.net/ping.php to the list of broken ping servers. Or better yet, remove it from the post entirly.

This server is for thingamablog users only and the script has been updated to ignore everyone else – who are mostly spammers.

It might be a good idea to check what/who the ping services are intended for before advising users to add them to their list.

This seems like a copy of the list RPC ping servers that I made, since there’s nothing new here. I wish you added more!!

Pong is a desktop application that can be used to directly ping web services from your desktop using XML-RPC.

Would you please remove the reference to the XML-RPC service on Blogbot.dk?

This page is the first hit on Google for “ping servers”, so it likely has many visitors that just copy your list into their weblog software without thinking, even though the XML-RPC service on Blogbot.dk is for registered users only.

The number of invalid hits on the XML-RPC service has increased rather much lately.
